Anemice and I decided recently (after much self Instagram stalking) that our technical friend-iversary would be April 8th. We were friends before then and we'd been friendly toward each other, but it was when we were in Malaysia together on a school Netball tour in 2014 that we truly became friends - because we didn't really talk to any of the other girls and we'd previously spoken because of debating... So, April 8th 2014 when we were stuck in Malaysia together with no hotel washing machines and were forced to wash our clothes in the bath tub and try them by rolling them on the floor in towels, we quickly bonded. I don't think we understood back then just how close we would be in the 2 short years to come.
