The Weekly Bit.

*sigh* I wish these weeks would stop happening... You know, the weeks you just wished would get better. Anyway, an introduction isn't necessary here.

Tuesday Feb 9:
Another chilled out, relaxed and nothing to report on day... I stayed in bed for the majority of the day watching Grey's Anatomy, as I have been doing the past few days. My life has been quite monotonous and I'm just letting it be that way - cry, panic attack, stress, anxiety, watch Grey's Anatomy, cry some more, feel the onset of another panic attack. [There's nothing pretty or nice or tumblr (you know, those things people post on Tumblr and make it seem "indie" and "cool" and people make it seem like it's actually okay) about panic and anxiety attacks and I am in no way advertising that this is a good thing, but it's something that is a big part of my life (especially this week) and I'm not going to hide it.] Apart from this somewhat shitty day, I got to have a super nice dinner at a restaurant called Next Door where I had this amazing quinoa salad!!!

Wednesday Feb 10:
I spent time at doctors appointments and in bed today - I have a super bad knee at the moment and it keeps playing up. So, I'm in the stages of finding out what is wrong and how to make it better.
Spoilt with the new Frankie magazine, season 3-5 of Grey's Anatomy and sushi. I haven't had sushi in about 6-7 months and it was a much needed treat as I was/am feeling shitty.
Also spoilt with some beautiful flowers!
Thursday Feb 11:
Another very chilled out day, a few appointments. Lunch/catch up with dad - he works in the mines and is rarely home so catching up was definitely needed. I put up a few new decor pieces in my room and got to spend the afternoon with Anemice. We did some retail therapy, had a much needed catch up and filmed a few impromptu videos for our blogs - there is a video up on my blog, as well as on Anemice's blog (click here to view) and another will be on my blog in the upcoming weeks.

Friday Feb 12:
Brunch consisted of a latte over ice and a fruit packed Acai bowl, by the beach.
Today was exactly what I needed in my stressful and overemotional current life situation (over dramatic teenage girl problems)... I got to wake up late, have brunch by the beach, relax and watch Grey's Anatomy and have a super nice dinner... Because you know what?! - I deserved it!

Saturday Feb 13:
Finally getting some minor definition on my stomach.
Great start to the weekend: personal training session, a mountain climb, planning future travel plans, re-organising/decorating my bedroom and home and pre-scheduling blog posts so that I can ease into this semester of university without too much worry about writing and uploading posts!

Sunday Feb 14:
Starbucks Pike Place Coffee Blend is my favourite!! With soy milk and a coconut, almond and goji berry Acai bowl.
*TIME TO CELEBRATE* - I SURPASSED ONE AND A HALF MILLION VIEWS ON MY BLOG!! Thank you all so, so, so, so much! Valentine's Day was a very chilled and not rushed/unplanned one for me. I stayed in bed for far too long, took my time to get ready, had a very nice breakfast in bed while watching Grey's Anatomy, went for a hike lunch by the beach, went to the movies, (spontaneously saw 3 movies in one day; Deadpool, How To Be Single and Stars Wars) and had a super casual, but extremely awesome dinner. I'm glad the last few days have been about unwinding and relaxing because it's definitely been needed before I have my last week of (somewhat) freedom before university starts again!! *groan*. I've planned quite a few posts to be uploaded over the next month, so get ready to see a Lookbook (or possibly two), Organisational Tips, Room Decor, Tips to Destress, etc. Along with the usual Weekly Bit and Let's Get Real posts.
Old Bean Cafe gets it ;-)
Thank you for all the support over the past (almost) two years and here's to many, many, many more years to come!! I couldn't have done any of this without the support and kindness of you lovely guys and gals! *kisses*
[P.S. I hope to have a video to accompany The Weekly Bit for next week.]
