The Best Things To Do When Sick.

I'm currently at a spa/retreat trying to clear my mind... I've left every piece of technology (phone, laptop, etc.) back at home; so instead of the usual content for today, here's a scheduled post to be uploaded.
I've had a really annoying cold this past week, which has meant I've been doing all I can to make myself feel better. Here's a small list of the things that make me feel better when I'm sick:
1. Take a bath: there is nothing more relaxing than taking a really long bath with a Lush bath bomb
2. Drink endless cups of tea: green tea and lemon or vanilla and berry :-) I could easily drink 20 cups a day
3. Watch Netflix: laying in bed, under the covers with a TV show on Netflix somehow makes the whole sickness feeling go away. I've just finished watching The Fall and have now moved onto Outlander - both are amazing!!
4. Walking: fresh air is amazing
5. Soup: it's ridiculously hot in Australia at the moment but soup when you're sick is sensational!! It's even better if you don't have to make it yourself...
