Last Tuesday was the first official day of Summer (in Australia) and the weather is definitely heating up!! 

I thought I'd briefly talk about a few my favourite Summer items:

I've been loving circle towels... Thanks for that Pinterest! I've also grown an obsession with linen towels, they are super lightweight, which makes taking them around super easy because they aren't bulky so I can fit it in a bag  really easily. And also, somehow they absorb water a lot better - in my opinion.

I've never been a bikini girl. I'm not body confident to wear any kind of swimmers and usually just avoiding swimming in public. Recently, I've realised - who cares?!? I'm going to wear whatever I want and feel comfortable in them because I can and why should it matter what I look like?!? As long as I feel good. 

Reading outdoors in awesome. Whether it be in my own backyard, a park or on the beach I just love reading outside. At the moment I'm reading The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt and am super enjoying it - review coming soon!

Inflatable pool toys are incredible! I recently bought a (again inspired by Pinterest) flamingo and swan inflatable!!! That makes my tally of pool inflatables around 7... addiction?

Smoothies are awesome in the Summer!!! Berries, mango, banana... Also, almond milk is my new obsession :-)
