Week 18: What you’re addicted to, and why?
I think my biggest addiction by far is sugar... I crave it pretty much 24/7.
Sugar is something that I could eat all day, every day and would probably still crave more. It's crazy!!! It's probably the reason for most of my sleeping problems and always feeling over energised. I've taught myself to forget about my sugar cravings, or to fix it by eating high sugar fruits like oranges as opposed to having chocolate, cake or ice cream.
Anyway, this is short and sweet because I feel like there's no reason to drag this on and on.
