A week filled with university assignments, catching up on blog posts, scheduling my book writing for the month of May, making sure blog things and book things are all in order before I head to Seattle in June!! The countdown is on to when I am reunited with my wonderful American family!
Monday 2nd May:
A public holiday here in some states of Australia, which meant a day off from work phone calls and no uni! That meant we sat at our favourite cafe for the majority of the day
Wednesday 4th May:
Started off the morning by climbing a nearby mountain, followed by a hardcore personal training session - it was awesome - and I felt so good for the rest of the day!
I had a quick morning trip to the city to do the final signing of some contracts!!!
Anemice and I again, spent a lot of the day at our favourite cafe catching up, working on assignments and playing cards. We were then joined by Trent, Cameron, Gabby and went bowling before spending the evening at Trent's house having drinks and playing games - then back to Anemice's before a very early start on Friday for uni.
Friday 6th May:
I love babysitting these two gorgeous children!! They are so beautiful, kind, caring and well behaved - we ate pizza, watched The Magic School Bus and then they slept while I worked on endless university assignments and attempted to write a few more chapters of my book :/
Saturday 7th May:
A super thought-provoking and kind of long drive (only about 4 hours) for a relaxing weekend away where I got to switch off my brain and not have to worry about anyone or anything else! It was incredibly amazing and much needed!

Waking up and being able to look out over the ocean with a cup of coffee and a documentary is simply bliss. |
