Week 30: Share a secret you’ve never told anyone. Until now
The past few weeks at church, for me, have been about opening up and baring my soul. This may sound weird if you can't share the same/similar experience to me but I'll try and explain it further. I recently shared my testimony with my church community and thought that it was time I shared (as much as I could remember) with you as possible.
So here goes...
I've found that the first few weeks of uni, for me, are my most productive. The time when I have my semester schedule done, assignment due dates written up and am on top of all my tutorial readings. This only usually lasts 3-4 weeks...
Friends, food & Xena.
Week 29: Top 5: Share a post with the top 5 blogs you just can’t get enough of
Here are my favourite blogs; fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
Recently, a friend of mine (Kristina) made blog. The content she is producing is stuff that I believe should be more publicised and well-known. So I thought I'd do my best to get her blog out there in the 'blogging world' :))
Below is a mini questionnaire that Kristina answered for you guys -- be nice, and her blog is linked at the bottom
Food, friends & puppies.
Week 28: Share the favourite room in your home, and why you love it.
For anyone that has known me longer than a few hours will probably figure out that I'm very much a homebody. I love spending time alone in my house to refill my energy levels. If you're introverted, you'll understand. Reading back through this post, I use the 'relaxing' quite frequently... but that's exactly why I love my bedroom!!
Hello lovelies ladies and gorgeous(?) gentlemen.
This will be one of the most brief updates you'll ever read from me, just letting you know what to expect for 2017; since I haven't yet done that...
Friends, fairy lights & the beach.
Week 27: Write a review: on anything… a new food, a book you just read, an App, etc.
I thought for today's series post post, I would share with you a review on a book I've just finished reading called The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck by Sarah Knight.
This is something that I would never be writing; a post recounting 31 days without makeup. It was definitely an eye-opening experience and one that has changed me. There were a few outcomes I wanted from doing this challenge; 1. feel more confident leaving my house without makeup (I used to need a full face just to go to the supermarket), 2. for my skin to be able to breath for the first time (for this many consecutive days) in years, and 3. to pay more attention to my skin.
