I'm starting this post off with - ah, look at these beautiful flowers I received over the weekend.
This may be a slightly TMI post but… whatever. I love and trust you guys :-)
This is a first for me; I'm blogging in the bath and it is somewhat relaxing. That and the fact that I am continuously sipping a glass of lemon, lime and bitters and vodka and listening to the "Chill" playlist on Spotify. I've never had such a relaxing night. I have the apartment to myself for the time being and the only word that I can think of to explain how I feel right now is blissed but not even that will suffice. Anyway, this is not really the point of the post.
You know when you have those days where you experience a mixture of harsh emotions and the only way to calm yourself down is to spend a few hours alone in the bath watching your favourite television programme (mine right now is Gilmore Girls)? That's me today. I have become very aware of how I only ever really post about my stressed or anxious state but that's because for the past few months that's one of the only feeling I've had. Today I got some pretty bad news (I'm not going to go into details - maybe at a later date when I feel better about talking about it) which started my day off quite poorly. Then around lunchtime I had an argument with my boyfriend (groan) which further decreased my mood. And then ended the afternoon with a weird happy/excited mood when I found out some further news (again, I'm not going to go into details - later).
So, this was my evening:
Anyway, this was really just a poor excuse to upload some content onto my blog. I've been quite stressed with university work lately (as you've probably read in my last few posts) so now that is has come to mid-semester break I will finally sit down and plan my upload schedule :-)
