Week 15: What was the last thing that made you cry?
I cry a lot... Not a surprise. But most of my crying is based upon stupid, pathetic and pointless things that don't even actually matter. Like breaking a cup, not having chocolate or running out of wine. However, there is sometimes a more deeper meaning to my tears.
As much as I love having little Xena around and in my life, there are definitely a few things that I would have loved to have known before she came into my home. It's not a super serious list, but just a few funny things I wish I knew :-)
Numerous coffee dates, races, soul searching and running out of time.
Week 14: 7 Things you learned from being a kid.
Without going into details, below is a list of 7 things I learned from being a kid :-)
Happy Friday everyone!! Hope you've had a fabulous week and are ready for an action packed, exciting weekend - or a weekend spent in bed binge watching Netflix, whatever you prefer :-)
I started my Friday off with somewhat of a mental breakdown. I submitted my final assignment for the semester and have one final assessment (an exam) next week until classes go back in March 2017. That scares me. 5 months of "freedom" before another year of uni!!
Can you believe I'm back with another monthly favourites?! We only have 2 months left before 2017!! This month flew by and I didn't necessarily find myself using any products or items that were new into my routine. I travelled back to Seattle, practically my second home, finished university assignments and watched Netflix...
Flying from Seattle to Brisbane, lots of adventures with Xena and a fun night out.
Week 13: The most difficult decision I've ever made - write from the heart.
Hmm, I've definitely faced a fair few of these in my life - recently, in particular. To save you from having to read pages upon pages of 'problems' and 'difficult decisions' I've been facing, I'll share one that I consider less difficult... I figured the best time to write about this is when I'm sitting here, late on a Friday night, slightly disheveled from a long afternoon/evening of chocolate eating and wine drinking.
Hello lovely readers!!
As you can probably assume from the title, I am back home after a wonderful (but extremely short) trip over to my American family in Seattle. It's definitely bittersweet to be home; on one hand, I'm back with my puppy and I get to take her to the beach everyday - but on the other, I'm away from Seattle and that means Facetiming Morgan instead of seeing her in person ;-(
